Problem with heating panel and Multireg/ Heatit termostat

Hi.

I can not geat the heating panel and schedule for my heatit thermostat ( Multireg z-wave from Thermo-Floor) to work properly. Also it show the wrong ikon i the gui. And it can not regulate longer up than to 28 degrees celcius. Is the thermostat not properly supportet ?

We have this device and it is on our to-do list when it comes to integrating devices. There are currently some issues with it.

But I also cant see the current temp in HC2, the temp displayed on the thermostat does not match the Sensor in HC2.

Is this a thermostat issue or HC2 issue?

 

Another problem is that despite that the max target value on the device is 35 degrees, HC2 only allow me to set up to 30 degrees. HC2 issue?

This is changed in the newest software. The temperature reported back to the gateway will be the same as the sensor you use. 

On earlier software versions it always reported back the air sensor temperature even if you where using a floor sensor.

I can't say for sure but that sounds like an issue with the HC2 not having a template.

 

I have the new thermostat with the new firmware on order so will know more how it works with the HC2 soon.  We will need a HC2 template though!

I have the HCL an i can't set the temperature to more than 28 degrees.

But it seems that thees issues is about to be solved, so then i do not have to worry that the other 5 that i have ordered from thermo-floor won't work properly

i received two thermostats today , with new software  (z-wave plus)  .

will try to get them included in hc2 tomorrow . will update here if any issues come up.

I believe the old version was also z-wave plus?

The way you can tell if the have cooling as well as the heat option.

I'm still waiting for mine so I would be interested in your findings.

Where you see heat and heating in the drop down boxes do you have an option for cooling?  I'm told this is how you know its the new firmware devices.

Are you only seeing the cooling option on the Vera Lite and not yet in the Fibaro user interface?

 

I now have my new thermostats but the cooling option and the floor sensor is not displaying its temperature in the Fibaro user interface also. I'm wondering if thsi is beacuse we still don't have a template.
