add door sensor FGK 101 but no parameters

Today I Add a new door sensor FGK 101 in combination with een DSB1820 temp. sensor and a binary switch. All sensors work correct but on the advance tab there are no parameters.

 

The message below is shown.

The device does not have a template by what might have limited functionality, please contact technical support in order to add the template for this device.

I had this problem my self a couple of times

 

 

what i have done to solve this was

 

remove the sensor from system

 

reset sensor

 

restart HC2

 

include again the sensor .... make sure you wait when you trriple click the button.....  

 

after that wake up the device manualy

 

 

configuration finished

 

All done

When I use Google Chrome the door sensor parameters are not visible.

When I use Internet Explorer the door sensor parameters are visible  :->

Did you try to clear cache memory of your Chrome browser?
