Hello

I have one of these and i am trying to include into HC2.  When i do i get a 'box' icon and 4 switch icons instead of the 5 switch icons.

but only 3 sockets are being controlled?

device ID 211 is box carton

                211.0   controls socket 1

                211.1   controls socket 1

                211.2   controls socket 2

                211.3   controls socket 3

no icons or control for sockets 4 and 5

thanks

Same, any update please Fibaro?? nobody is responding to my support email and I've had this for a month now with what appears to be Fibaro introducing a compatibility issue? holding up a project until it can be made to work again.

That is a concern many Fibaro customers have. Devices that did work on previous versions do no longer work on the newer firmware versions. That includes all of the most used 3rd-party devices from brands like Aeon Labs, Horstmann / Secure, Danfoss and Greenwave.

More and more of Fibaro customers are sticking to an old firmware version because they know their stuff works with it - and there is no guarantee that it will work with a newer firmware version.Even Fibaro products have problems with some of the firmware they have released in the past year...
