For quite some time WindowsPone users feel aggrieved, because of lack of development on this platform ....

I do not wish to discuss the reasons " Why can not we ? " but rather to ask you " Why not try this "  :

As previous members have already stated: an UWP app for Windows would be highly appreciated.

A lot of functionality is missing in the Fibaro experience without an app for the Windows Phone users. Especially the lack of using location awareness.

Sure, developing a new app don't come cheap but should also be seen as an investment since you cover a wider base of users, especially with an UWP app that can be used on multiple types of devices. I would love to have Cortana listen to my voice commands to turn devices on or off or executing scenes.

The Vera team are currently developing a beta app for Windows 10 so why shouldn't you?

I feel really sorry for all of you stuck with Windows platform. I was also stuck with windows for many years but only because I was developer for that platform and not because I like it. I never liked what Microsoft was doing so finally when I changed my occupation and was not any more stuck with it I switched to Apple. For years I was finally happy user until recent year. Apple is also loosing its track and latest software releases of macOS and iOS are frankly terrible.

Anyway, Microsoft was late in entering mobile market and acquisition of Nokia didn't make it any better. Since all our society is based on profits and Windows mobile platform is not even near to Android or iOS platform you can expect that it is put aside by developers. That is the reality and I don't see that it will change in the future, at least not near one. So for Fibaro not having Mobile Windows app is not minus but actually plus because they can put more of their resources to work on iOS and Android mobile platforms and do better job and cover majority of their users. There will be always minority not happy with it but who really cares?

So you have choice to keep stuck with Microsoft and wait, develop app yourself or just change the platform.

Hi, you are right with mobile platform, but Microsoft is not only this. If will Fibaro make universal app, it can be used for tablets and pc too, and here are much more people who are waiting for it!

Therefore I hope that Fibaro care about these users too!
