Remote access problem using Tasker app & Ziggo Ubee modem

Question

Posted

Hi

I have some issues starting a scene which I start by using my tasker app.

The scene works as follows:

1. When I leave my home, my phone will disconnect from my wifi

2. After it is disconnected, a notification will pop-up and asks "Activate or Deactivate your alarm?"

3. When I push the button "activate", my fibaro alarm scene will start and my home alarm is activated.

When I start the scene wihtin my personal (wifi) network, its works fine, but when I turn off the wifi connection and change the ip-address to the external ip-address of my Ziggo Ubee modem, it doesn't work anymore.

I have tried:

- several attempts of port forwarding in de the modem

- static IP in HC2

- change DNS in HC2

Someone any idea?

    Problem addressed.

I found the problem. there is a bug in the modem (UVW321B Ubee) so it is not possible to use port forwarding with this type Modem/router.

My internet provider (Ziggo, Netherlands) is going to send me a new modem/router (other brand)
