Question

I would like to read with an interval the outside temperature to set a global variable turning on or off the waterpump of my floor heating. When temperature outside (forecast) is going to be high, it's turned off at night. if during the day it's also too warm also at daytime I would like to turn it off.
But when it's cold outside at night it should be permanently on.
is it possible to read the forecasted night temperature or current temperature from for instance Yahoo weather service?
