Hi

If it is ver. 2.7 you have, there is a fault in the sensor.

Set parameter 40 to 10.000 and parameter 42 to 600 and you will get a new view every 10 min. It has worked for 6 months with me.

Remember to wake the sensor.

    Hi

You could possibly try a soft reconfiguration first.

If that does not help then try to reset the sensor, and set using parameters again.

I do not think it's a problem with the firmware.
