PopUpService + icon upload to VD with LUA

is there any chance that this service should work like a normal pushmessage to iOS? Like now you need to open fibaro app first to see that you have receive a popup. 

Also, is it possible to upload icons to an VD with LUA code? I would like to update an VD with actual weather icon.

Create button in VD which does what you need, a press-it from scene
