So, the 180sq meter house is sold. All 80+ Zwave devices will remain there... and the Homecenter 2 as well. 

I have ordered new devices for my new home, and I can guarantee you that a Fibaro Central Unit will never EVER be purchased by myself again. 

 

On a side note, and since we're not allowed to name names, i have also bought a Mac Mini. You can probably connect the dots.

Few first week it will be pleasure to use of corse, new system, it always looks amazing.

 

But you are getting good experience to do comparison review. If you can, please really come back in 6/12 months and let us know what you learned.

No, what I said previously was that I would not give Fibaro another euro, and that promise i have kept. Nothing but Qubino and Aeon product since.

I would love to do that. As long as I get it in _Writing_ from Fibar group that whatever I post will not be moderated for "Mentioning competetive products".

 

Also, fair warning, I do not get the keys to the new place until Mid may. And I will not be moving in to the place until late june. 

 

But, it defintely look like I will be using a DSC1864 extensively and tap sensor data from that system. Much cheaper sensors then Zwave (regardless of brand)

If Fibaro wont let you, I will be more than happy to post such comparison on my blog.

As i said, it will obviously take time, there is no software with no bugs in it, so you need to find them and compare, if there are worst or better than in fibaro system. What I can give my hand to the fire for is that no system is perfect. We are only looking for the best in what is available right now and what we can afford right?

 

That is why i am saying - give it a time and give us feedback, not like apple vs android from apple fanboys review.

i am sick off the lack off support en promises not kept ore being made

 

so i sold the HC2 (the worst investment i ever made )

 

and i won't come back because i am a tech in automation systems for hospitals i made a new system at home free programming

 

and everyting works zwave devices hue lights and all the other stuff

 

and most important the wife is happy again

and I will point out that there ARE some things which Fibaro actually does better then HomeSeer/Indigo etc. 

 

But, do I regret the switch? Heck no.. not for a second.

I run homeseer as well... But fibaro still my main controller until end of year! Just giving them a chance to reintroduce removed features before I sell my controllers and gateways. Hopefully another 4 months should be sufficient as it's stable by most counts now.

with the plugin you can see all incoming and outgoing phonenumbers

Please, can you explain to me what are USER PLUGINS? Is that mean that before user could write plugins and add them to the system and now no more? Also, I like to know what is advantage of plugin over virtual devices that you are ready to sold system due to lack of user plugins?
