Hi,

I have a Fibaro Dimmer 2 which will instantly switch on, then off straight away when called by a scene. The dimmer works normally when controlled via the Fibaro interface or local at the switch. But when its called via LUA (i.e. fibaro:call(393, "setValue", "5")

The load is 3 x 6w Megaman GU10 with a dimmer bypass fitted.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tom

Hi Tom

I had the same problem with one of dimmers2, and had to change it with a new one...

Are you using the new dimmer bypass fitted for dimmer2, and did you calibrate it with dimmer bypass

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. Yes I have a bypass 2 fitted. I think I have a spare dimmer 2 so I might try and swap it out.

If anyone has any more info it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Tom

Check the firmware version of the Dimmer 2. If it is version 3.4, it will be better as it fixed several bugs that some of us experienced (few threads of discussion in this forum).
