Alarm panel bug

Hi,

 

I'm using 4.090 and I have this problem since at least the beginning of this year!

 

When using the alarm panel, I define the actions to take in the alarm panel (for ex. send a push notification), I save it and the action appears in the header "sending push notofocation after 00 sec.". ok.

I save it.

I go in another panel or wherever else, I go back to the alarm panel and... in the header no action appears, so no action will be taken if the alarm is violated!

And in fact, I did the test, I opened a door when alarm was on, the interface (local or distant) indicates a violation of the alarm, but no action is taken.

In the alarm panel the sending message icon is activated (blue), so there is a bug. I did the test with other actions of the panel and the problem is the same: the alarm panel is unable to take any action.

To be sure, did you try the solution I presented in my previous message?

" My alarm was also triggered, but there was no action. I deleted devices (dead, not communicating, etc) I did not need in triggering the alarm and the actions worked. "

Try to check only devices that you need in your alarm action.

Hi,

 

Yes, I didn't came here for a while because I had a FGRM which was paired but wasn't pluged in. So this was a dead device.

But I now have pluged this device since 2 weeks and the problem is still there.

For the alarm panel, activated devices are :

- 8 FGRM activated via blinds close

- 1 Everspring siren (activated via lights on as this module is recognized as a light)

- 1 FGD 211, 1 FGBS 212, 1 FGRGB activated via emergency lights
