Fibaro relay associations

Derek1948

Question

I have had 2 relays switching heating panels working successfully with a SRT321 secure thermostat. I have recently added a third heating panel with its own relay. Every time I try to associate the thermostat/temp sensor with the third relay, it refuses to do so. (The 'corridor relay' in the picture. I tick and save, but when I return to it there is no tick.) All the relays are set up identically.

Hello,

Please, perform the soft-reconfiguration of the device (Fibaro Relay Switch - is it FGS212?).

  • Thanks for the reply. Tried this then ticked the box in the thermostat associations and waited for that to update, but when I went back to the associations, the 'corridor relay' was still 'unticked' in the thermostat associations. The relay is indeed a FGS212.

On a practical note, I have got round the problem by writing 2 scenes which switch the 'corridor relay' on and off to mirror the actions of one of the other relays involved.
