I have created my Fibaro ID.

 

When I go to home.fibaro.com, it shows my email address on top, but says "An error occurred. Please try again later.".

 

Cannot use remote access.

 

FIBARO COMPLETELY SUCKS. You cannot seem to do ONE thing right. Have you heard about the word TESTING??

    Seriously, how can we trust such a company with remote acces and its security, when you cannot implement simple login procedure right?

    had some issues as well with this, and the remote access feature on my android app was broken for like 6 months. i am using vpn or dns and login locally and works like perfectly

    actually that is the major fault.

    If someone has, or had, experiences in similar technical businesses, it becomes immediately clear the fatal mistakes of:

    - taking decisions without analyzing pro/cons first

    - not having a user-centric design

    - not having usability testing procedures

    - not having heuristic reviews

    - but FIRST OF ALL, not having a serious professional verification&validation procedures

     

    I am nowadays speechless about what I have bought and what there is, and will be, beside that product: a total chaos.

    I have created new "Fibaro ID" (new email), got same error first ("An error occurred. Please try again later.".). After a while, same new Terms screen was presented. No remote account was linked though, so I had to go through deleting HCL profile from old (username based) account and added it into new Fibaro ID. New email seems to work for now.

     

    But another bug - iPhone app could not use new Fibaro ID unless uninstalled and installed again from Store (I alread had latest version before), ie. without clearing user data. Android app asked for new Fibaro ID correctly and seems to be working.

     

    Yeat another bug - have tried to DELETE my old Fibaro ID and register it again. It does not work. I can "change password" for this "deleted" account, but after that I cannot login anymore. Seems account is "disabled", not deleted, and does not work at all. THus had to create a new account (see first paragraph).

     

    Absolutely horrible testing.

    @rado, we had some issue in the morning, which may cause such error message, but it has been resolved. Can you confirm?

    We are working on making an information about need to connect old remote access with new remote access more visible, since lot of our users picked "skip" button.

    We haven't heard about such behavior of iPhone app, will investigate.

    We are investigating, how to enable re-registration for users, who have deleted their accounts. I will update you on this.

    First i was not able to login: tested it at 15:14 CET. i could login with new ID Fibaro by iPhone. thanks

    Lost password link isn't working 

     

    i get a mail back that the password is changed but i can't  login every time l the site says wrong password

    I have tested that 2 times with success. You sure you type correct password?

    I have hoped Fibaro ID would allow to use Two-Factor Authentication, via Google Autenticator token (used also by Facebook, Microsoft, etc.) or SMS code.

     

    Is this planned?

    i tried more then 25 times no suc6 

     

    now i have  made a another account different email t and yes then i can change the password 

     

     

    i think fibaro sql is corrupt

    I didn't have any problems with FIBARO ID.

     

    Upgrade of HC2 went nicely from 4.100 to 4.110.

    Then I created new account on FIBARO ID, but at that time still was not possible to use new credentials to login remotely so I used old ones until yesterday.

     

    Yesterday when I started my iPhone Fibaro application this screen showed up:

     

    So I entered my FIBARO ID account and all ok. I tested remote connection and it worked ok. Only now my Foscam cameras are not showing stream in app when remotely connected. But I believe that Fibaro is working on the system so this is just temporarily setback.

    Hi,

     

    Are there some home.fibaro.com server issues now, 2017-01-23 around 6.am CET?

     

    I use the new Fibaro ID, and have done that since last week without any issues on my phone, iPad and via web. This morning however the servers seems to timeout a lot. Sometimes I can access the web login, sometimes it just times out with a 502 error. If I get to the web login page and click on login, it just gives an error "An error occures, please try again later".

    Seems to work now. Definately something at Fibaros servers.

    I cannot login to my HC2 since setting up the fibaro ID. I can login to the website and then when i click on the gear to gain remote access to HC2 it gives me the login for the box but that no longer works. I used to login with admin and then the password that i originally set, however now it says incorrect username/password and when i try to do a forgot your password ? it says username not found

     

    i'm currently stuck with a box that i cannot access and it can only do the automated things

     

    the ios apps are also not connecting

    I have try to reset my Fibaro ID account, and now I cannot login anymore, I always have "Invalid Login or password"...:-x

     

    How can we reset our password ????????????

    You must not create a ID account but migrate the old one.

    Forget about the new and restart from the old by using the received email. Click the link in the email.

    Obviously you cannot reuse the email address that you have used as user to create a new account.

    I can not use my iPad or Android tablet anymore. I'm lucky that my iPhone still works. Wonder how long.

    Support does not answer.

    Now I have lost the rest of the leftover trust in Fibaro.

    Remember that the ID-password is for remote login (the first step to access your HC2)

    Then use your "old" HC2 login to remotely access your HC2.

    Your HC2 login has nothing to do with the new ID login.

    I have always logged into my Fibaro using the admin account plus a password that I changed, now that password no longer works ( since registering with Fibaro ID) and if I do a forgot my password on the HC2 then it says username not found when searching for admin
