All devices gone after update

Hi guys,

 

After doing the latest update, 4.120, all my devies and other information is gone.

I am able to login onto my HC2 but there is nothing in any of the directories.

 

Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong?

Did you try rebooting it without the recovery USB installed?

When I updated to older versions and I had the spinning balls or not loading I did a power cycle by pulling the plug...

Later updates I "Sometimes" I had to wait upto 15 minutes, and not to stress my self out I updated just before dinner and all would be working after.

I'm taking the same route as my last recovery which I didnt remember until I checked my notes

 

1. logged in as admin/admin
2. select upgrade to 4.120
3. then login under email address
4. restore last good backup

on #2 at present

nope, I got it back running last night but it didnt solve my issue

in fact its getting a little worse

Sorry if I missed it, but what exactly is the issue?
