HCL - number of z-wave units

Hi 

How many z-wave units can be used with HCL ?

A Norwegian dealer says on their homepage:   -If more than 20 units, we recomend the HC2..

Is this true ?

I use HCL with 40 units and all sees to work good...

I have 28 physical devices (43 + 6 virtual) + 45 scenes, I do not know how to get HCL to work with multiple devices and scenes. Has already used strange crumbling, to get HCL to survive a little yet. Fibaro has looked at it but can not do anything.
