@Dreambox I fully agree that "input/output" mode is a good solution. It does not display a color wheel, this is better. It makes your interface match what you really have... I did not want to talk about it, because I didn't want to complicate matters by introducing yet another operation mode of the RGBW. But now that you have mentioned it, I can fully endorse it :-)

    Just remember alarm panel wants to see resistor when PIR is not triggered
