Z-wave.me wall switch unable to configure

I had this switch in system and work fine until in one day, stop responding. I made a reinclusion and stop responding. After factory reset....same issue...can't be added in network anymore.

I buy a new device from them and same issue.

 

I try to reconfigure...say configuration in progress....and this is the way controler day. I need to make a restore in order to bring back to life.

 

Z-wave led on HC2 stay on in this time, i need to reset unit in order to work again.

 

PS. Battery is brand new

Hi all,

 

I have the problem, when I try to includ the switch ZME_WALLC-S, device configuration starts... but when he starts to set the value for parameter 30 nothing happend anymore and I have to restart the HC.

 

The HC is on 4.140

May be the configuration takes too long and device goes to sleep mode.

When it stuck, could you please try to wake up the device... sometimes it helps.

I have the same problem like all the others. while inclusion it hangs at parameter 30.

waking up doesnt help !!

i tried it more than 50 times in the last 3 weeks....

 

secure inclusion , unsecure.....with button 1, 3 or 4 .....no way to include this switch

 

if someone would fix this problem i'll be very patient !

The issue has been reported some time ago. I'll ask the team what's the status of the fix.

HC firmware 4.142 BETA has been released. It mentions ZME_WALLC-S in the release notes. I was able to include mine (device FW 1.1 ZW version 3.92) and run a magic scene. However, this is a beta. if you are not desperate, I would recommend to wait until they release a non-beta. Unless, of course, you know how to do a "restore" and know how to do a "recovery" and accept the risks.

I included mine on 4.144 and it is still operating (controlling a scene) on 4.150. I did not try to include it on 4.150. So I cannot tell if it can be included on 4.150. It might fail to include properly. It is rare, but this kind of problem has happened before...

Same it was set on 4.144 work fine on my real life HC2

I try to set on new HC, wad included correctly but no reaction.

In UI show that key 1 is pressed bun no reaction to lights.

I try also to make a scene, same...not work

I try to set key 1 to turn on some lights....and chose only an module. Work fine in this way.
