Danalock V2 issue

Good evening,

i write because recently my home automation  has been faced with a problem that we have not been able to solve.

On all of our installations based on HC2 fibaro gateway we are unable to set the Danalock V2 degrees rotation, which runs smoothly before.

the version of firmware og HC2 is 4+

It's a very serious problem and we should fix it as soon as possible.

I followed your directions but the problems continue to persist.

A big problem is that when parameter 4 in the detail of the rotation is in the detail of the rotation, it is as if it is not read properly, ie if I insert as value 1 or 36 the movement of the lock is always a measure around it to 10 degrees.

Also, via Fibaro HC2 interface, detailing without modifying parameters, the control panel shows that the device has been modified and requests to save the changes.

I'm almost desperate, we have 5 Danalock installed and we can not complete 2 laps at the lock.

I have had a lot of issues with the Danalock 2.

Fibaro was investigating the issues and reported that the locks did not respond as they were supposed to.

I then contacted Danalock and they replaced my two locks with completely new ones. They behaved better and the HC2 was able to handle them, except for one thing:

The amount of degrees when locking/unlocking, it could not be changed.

I tried to use the phone app and bluetooth connection, without bringing the HC2 into use, that failed too. So I believe that the lock it self has a problem, as the app

is Danalock's own tool to set up the locks and I havent been able to make the degree setting, work.
