Hi people,

 

When I try to register/login to the intercom (VoIP client) app on my iPad, I get this error message:

 

"Username contains illegal characters"

 

Does anybody know how to fix this? Think I almost tried everything

+1. Got this error this morning installing on a new iPad.  Works just fine on the old one, with exact same settings.

    Does Fibaro want to help here? Please?? - Almost tried everything, another user, restarted client, restartet HC2, created new user...

    I have the same problem on Android from any SIP client,... "error in authorisation"

    Your message is : No Connection

     

    Where mine is:  Username contains illegal characters
