As of the current version, 4.140, support for this device is unavailable, I'm wondering when will this be available. And by available I understand of having the possibility to sync codes from the HCL to the Zipato controller. 

@T.Konopka do you have an ETA for this?

Maybe in a beta firmware?

Hi @abpostelnicu,

 

I thought there is support (template) already. I was able to set PIN codes (atleast when i did it last time) when i used "synchronization" in advanced configuration of Zipato device.

 

Just synchronization with RFID missing there, which bugs me more than PIN code.

    Yes the template is present but the synchronization fails every time. Please confirm that you are using it on HCL and firmware version.

    Same problem here, on HCL with latest firmware

    For those interested in future releases; is there an open item list or known bug list available? This would also help to avoid 'spamming' the forum with already known issues.

    Bugzilla is still open and we check the issues reported there, however, there is no open list for users to check what is being worked on, etc.

    Hi guys, 

     

    I temporary solved problem with adding pin codes in HCL. Just go to http://fibaro_IP/docs
    Then DEVICES and find POST with /devices/[deviceID]/action/[actionName. 

    Then add device ID and ActionName setUserCodeDec. 
    In the body write down {"args":[2,"111,222,205,178,102,80,1,4,0,0"]} 2 is ID of user, second value is pin code or RFID.

    What firmware are you using? After doing do you have a pin set? Can you explain the arguments from the body?

     

    LE: is it normal to get a 202 response?

    Firmware version: current beta

    Yes my pin is now set and working. 

    Arguments: [ID,”rfid or pin”] 

    You can find rfid or pin value after pressing home button and enclose RFID tag or insert pin and press enter. Then you will find value in web interface up in the status bar.

    Great, it worked:

    My problem now is that if I use it in a scene with the Open or Closed event, the scene doesn't trigger. Any hints on this?

    Also for the alarm system, to arm and disarm the system when i leave/arrive home.
