HCL time configuration issue - 1970 date

My Hcl is showing the time and date back to 1970 . I have done manual setting and then reboot nothing works. 

Also the pool.ntp.org doesn't seem to work as well. It only worked once but after few hours everything comes to the 1.1.1970

Any  help is appreciated

Hi guys,

I'm from Poland and have the same problem with HCL .1.1.1970 and doesn't work with either manual or via Internet. Someone can place a photo of a tile with a localized crystal. Is it really the only way to remove this problem. I have HCL version 4.150 and for a long time I have not been notified about the possibility of updating the software for new ones. How is the latest version for hcl.

After changing the crystal to one of these everything works again..

Hi Oarman,

There is just one crystal with cylindrical form on the board. It must have a 32768 mark on it.....this is the one - marked in red.

can you confirm its this ?  i got a larger crystal, 8x3mm, i guess existing is 6x2mm, or does means its different frequency ?, 

when i opened HCL, i can see crystal has 32c44 on the gold plated cover, is that the smd ? do we need to replace that too ?

Good afternoon!
Time in HCL is different from time on the computer for 1 hour?
The time zone is correct in both cases.
I'm from Russia, Vladivostok UTC + 10

In the mobile application on Android time is correctly displayed.

Jeśli ręczna zmiana daty i zapisanie, a następnie powrót do automatycznego nie pomoże.

 

Jedynym rozwiązaniem będzie przywrócenie i dodanie urządzeń i scen bez przywracania kopii zapasowej.

 

Poprawka na ten problem jest już w drodze i będzie dostępna około 4.152 wersji oprogramowania HC.

niestety problem jest nawet już na wersji 4.170 HCL
