HC2 issue ( all lamps lighting - last (service) blinking)

Hello

 

I have a problem with my Home Center 2. It was disconnected from about 2 months, and when I turned it on after this time, it is lighting all lamps (last service lamp blinking). There is no connection (local or fiber vpn) I try on standard address ip, and 192.168.81.1.

 

For any suggestions I will thankful.

add a monitor to the hc2 or try booting without the usb stick

Restart it with the button on the back instead of unplugging it

I didn't know there is a vga connection. Very thank's for this info..

i think there are versions with: vga and hdmi connections

I can’t restart by button - Nothing happens. When I push and wait, it is working - power down. 

Restart without stick the same. All lights are on (last is blinkinking). 

After plugin vga connection tv see it, but it is blank screen.

Hello,

 

If last service light is blinking, just wait for atleast 3 to 8 mins to complete its boot service.

Video is showing how fast is blinking, but I wait obout 36h, and I'm thinking it is not working...

It always do like that ? Which firmware is running in HC2 ? if you can manage to go into its recovery mode and restart of from there and then i think it will do the job. But if its not then unplug the power and net cable. after 3 to 4 minutes, again plug in the power and ethernet cable and turn it on .

It was working till end of the October. It was on newest firmware. I switch off, because we start a refit of our apartment. 

We are ending it, so I started again in Friday, and it's like I wrote in first post.

 

It was turned off for about hour too, and it is still the same.

I will try in Wednesday, because they didn't work in Friday, today and tomorrow, so I was looking for help here. I see, it will end that , I will be sending for fiber support.

hi, need to send to Fibaro... they have solved the problem, didn't know what happens, im still waiting to received the HC2.... any ideas when come out the HC3? any of you have made a copy of the pen that it comes on hc2 and restored on a new hc2? thanks

Hi, i have the same problem.

Everything worked perfectly. Should connect 2 minutes later. Then it did not work. Service LED flashes.

It must be possible to fix without sending it away??? OR???

Hi,

I have the similar problem, after power break HC2 doesn't start, it remains last left led blinking.

Only what help is after power down let it start to bad state, then restart with power button - either press or hold the power button, and second start is normal.

I wrote to support on end of the last year, they answered that the issue will resolve their software centre, but last week I asked again and it is not resolved.

My HC2 is now on UPS.

Yes, because by me all these issues started by power break, and after power restoring HC2 doesn't started well and ended at state with left led blinking.

But this is not resolved issue, I'm waiting for support from Fibaro.
