Question

Posted

How can I make a scene that only turns on/off with a manual trigger like a switch on the phone. I would like to have a movie scene that i can turn on only with the phone ore computer that vill turn of or dim the lights. Every time I try to make a scene I need a trigger device....?

@Alexjuul

1) Create a Global variable - say MovieSceneStatus: Value 0 and 1, where 0 would be off and 1 would be on.

2) create a scene with following.

if ( fibaro:getGlobalValue('MovieSceneStatus') == "0"  ) -- scene is currently OFF

 then

  fibaro:call("light1ID", "TurnOn")

  fibaro:call("light2ID", "60")

  fibaro:setGlobal('MovieSceneStatus', "1")  --  define the scene to be ON.

    else

      -- if it is already ON, you probably want to turn things off

     fibaro:call("light1ID", "TurnOff")

     fibaro:call("light2ID", "0")

     fibaro:setGlobal('MovieSceneStatus', "0")  -- define the scene to be OFF

end

Save the scene and set it as manual so you can use PC or Mobile to "play" the scene manually.

Is this what you are looking for?

    Hi
    Here's a scene with a widget, I think that's what you're looking for.
    Create a variable "Dummy1" and follow the screenshot.

    Hi
    I'm from Denmark, see under profile picture.
    You make a scene and widget to turn off.

    Please try this here.
    Maybe you can use only 1 scene.

    Hi
    Try making some tests with different settings and try also "opposite state".
