Intercom Microphone does not work

I have an intercom powered by POE to work properly, except the microphone.
You can not hear who is ringing the bell.
Does anyone have Intercom working properly?

@GreenUser - did you get your microphone to work? I have a similar problem. Video is fine, even voice mails are fine with both audio and video. The only thing that does not work is the audio during realtime video calls. The audio is garbled and very soft.

    The microphone didn't work in any situation. I did an RMA and it was solved by Fibaro. I don't know exactly what was done.

    Sorry I did not reply earlier as I have not been checking the Forum regularly.

     

    It has been over 20 weeks now since I first lodged the tech support request. Eventually Fibaro advised me to return the intercom and that was 10 weeks ago. Still nothing!

     

    Very disappointed in the Intercom and Fibaro support.
