Octan nodon doesn't sync

Hi,

I'm trying to create associations with a remote control that I have (an octan nodon remote control). The remote was already configured before I started working here.

I'm seeing a warning message (see screenshot attached) asking to change battery. However, I checked the battery levels by pressing • and + and it's showing Green (>50% battery according to the manual).

Has anyone encountered this issue? any ideas why this is happening?
