There's a device in my unassigned group that I tried to remove using Force remove.
The notification window says: "NOP sending succeeded. "
Then: "The device has not been removed. Please use Learning Mode to remove it.
I can't remove it in learning mode since I don't know what & where it is and therefore which button to press to get it to send a signal to the HC2. It's just a cardboard box icon.
Any ideas appreciated
