I am glad I was right but I am also sad it does not work for you. :-(

So you need a new controller? I have the Z-Wave.Me UZB1 but I recently discussed another (cheaper, UART only) option here:

awesome, thank you. this time i will spend little bit more time to check frequency. :D

I have no chance to download the Znifffer tool on the Sigmalab! Any help for me?

    sigmalab? i think you mean silabs.com :)

There is new zniffer version (v4.60.xx) available to download

I think your problem is something completely different, the first time you download z-wave tools from silabs, you have to download first one of the SDK's and accept their license agreements, without this step you will be NOT able to download zniffer nor other tools.

Oh! That's a nice one... Indeed I started with the SDK so couldn't understand why other users were unable to download Zniffer.

And indeed, it is not Sigmalabs, it is ZensysSigmaDesignSilabs ;)

Have fun with Zniffer... If you like it, you might be able to help me with writing "geek stuff topics" like this one:

I think you have to register to download the free Z-Wave SDK (Simplicity Studio) and accept the terms and conditions. Or you can download Simplicity studio + Z-Wave SDK 7 and Zniffer is a part of that...

I don't know, I registered and I can download without a problem. If I were you I would contact Silabs, it is their product and their website.
