Neo plug not discovered by Alexa?

Hi, both me and my friend has a problem that Alexa don`t discover NEO plugs?

Hi!

 

as for me, FIBARO Alexa application discovered only some Fibaro switches + some Fibaro plugs (and yes, no NEO plugs).

totally: from 100 devices Alexa shows me for using only 10 devices.

 

I removed Fibaro application as useless and develop own for internal use only :) at the least now I can get temperature and humidity in any rooms and turn on /off any devices via Fibaro API.

This must have happened recently, I see the latest review from the skill (25 april), he blames the latest update from amazon? Not sure who to blame, but hope someone from fibaro can tell us what is going on?

The reason I bought fibaro instead of a home server with z-wave usb is that I should not have to do that

With no response here I sent an email to support instead, I got a confirmation that they know about the issue and working on it.

"Alexa" used to see and operate NEO products. All of them worked until the update of 4.170.
