Communication between amazon echo and Fibaro using Node-RED

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi, tired of Fibaro's poor skill at Amazon Alexa (never connect, it's slow) and the HABridge (we must pray for Alexa to find the devices, it is very random, it works when it wants, it duplicates devices).

For all that I decided to try and do tests with Node-RED. And now I can say that it is fantastic, there are no limits to create.
If you are interested I leave more info. Now I can control the lights, turn on and off, change the intensity, change the color, execute scenes of Fibaro and many things, all without depending on the official skill or any third party Bridge.

I used:

    I'm sorry I was with a lot of work. I will explain a little more, I speak Spanish sorry if something is not understood.

    1) First you must install node-red in for example a Raspberry (

     )

    Please login or register to see this attachment.

    2) An account must be created in Node-RED Alexa Home Skill Bridge (

    Please login or register to see this link.

     )

    3) Once the account is created, you can start creating the devices and scenes that will later appear in the list of Alexa devices

    Please login or register to see this attachment.

    4) Add the Node-Red skill in Alexa

    Please login or register to see this attachment.

    5) Search for new devices and scenes.

    Please login or register to see this attachment.

    6) Now in Node-Red (Installed in your Raspberry) go to Manage Palette and add node-red-contrib-alexa-home-skill

    7) and ready, you now have everything ready to start programming and let your imagination fly ;D
    This is my project created for now...
