Messenger problem

I have the problem if two or more controllers added to one cloud account. It's possible to chose only first controller.

 

1. Sending fist command:
> List Home Center devices.
2. Answer:
>2 home center devices found. Please choose the number from the list. Number 1. HCL-023923,  Number 2. HC2-025252.
3a. Command for select first controler:
>Set home center device to the number 1
4a. Result
>Home center selected. How else can I help you?

3b. Same 1, 2 for second controller and:
>Set home center device to the number 2
4b. Result
>I wasn’t able to select Home Center. How else can I help you?

I checked like in fibaro knowledge "Set home center device to the number 2." and "number 2" too. No difference. For first HC on list work fine, for second every time give error.

@drboss  You need write command "List Home Center devices" ever befor you choose number HC. I have 3 HCx and this work for me fine.

@Jacek Stark you are lucky  but pls look my fist point in my first post, I doing this at begin but and.... I didn't have a good result like you

Tak @Jacek Stark, ale ta część angielska forum jest niestety bardziej dynamiczna,cóż relacja ceny do zarobków i no skala rynku na takie produkty robi swoje. Z drugiej strony fajnie że do niedawna polska firma tak ładnie zawojowała świat i miejmy nadzieję że Włosi z NICE utrzymają zespół i że dalej w PL

@drboss , both gateways are available via remote access? Are they connected to each other - meaning one is a master while the other one is a slave?

Both have remote access. They work as separate systems in two locations.

@chaicka , come on - the same thing was with Apple when they requested the backdoor to iPhones. Don't start the panic.
