Question

I have a customer that has written to me about a problem with switches and controling them from the Fibaro app.
According to him the switch does not follow the apps command to turn on or off.
The lights controlled by the switch could be on but the App indicates off, and vice versa.
He has a HC2 and a HCL in a master/slave connection. The App is in a iPhone and iPad.
There is also a mac computer wich shows the same thing in the browser.
He also has a Automation bridge to run the scenes by SIRI
I have not been able to see the system yet.
Anyone has a clue?
/thomas
