Switch not follow app commands

datathomas

Question

I have a customer that has written to me about a problem with switches and controling them from the Fibaro app.

According to him the switch does not follow the apps command to turn on or off.

The lights controlled by the switch could be on but the App indicates off, and vice versa.

He has a HC2 and a HCL in a master/slave connection. The App is in a iPhone and iPad.

There is also a mac computer wich shows the same thing in the browser.

He also has a Automation bridge to run the scenes by SIRI

I have not been able to see the system yet.

Anyone has a clue?

  • After some more checking on site it shows that the customer has both a Fibaro App and a Apple Home KIt app.

The Home Kit app get its information from the Automation bridge.

Anyone has experience of the Apps getting out of sync?

For example the Home KIt app does not sync with the Fibaro App which makes it liik like a switch is on in one of them and off in the other.
