The Valve never close

I have just installed a FGT-001, and the Valve doesn't close even though the heat is turned off (White mode).

 

If I remove it from the radiator I can see it is fully open. Sometimes I can hear the motor spinning, but I goes back to the same position again…fully open!!!

 

Have anyone experienced that or have a solution for it? Any help is appreciated.

 

(It is connected to an external temperature sensor  FGBRS-001)

Did you try to calibrate it? Mine is FW 4.7 and when it gets open, it also seems to be in a deadlock, because it does not even take the calibration command (the menu works cycling the menu colors). When it rarely take the calibration command, it closes and after a few hours it remains again open.

 

Two winters now and I've had it! I pulled it out as it is incredibly unreliable!
