Push notification problem possible solution

Question

Posted

Hi,

My friend told me, he didn't get push notification from (block) scene.

I checked the device ids with the http://<HC2 IP>/api/devices command, and i was looking for my friend's iPhone name. The result is more than one id. This is bad.

The solution was:

1, kill Fibaro app on phone

2, In Home Center Configuration Access Control menu delete the phone from Mobile device list

3, Reboot HC2

4, launch Fibaro app on phone

5, In scene reassign the phone to notification

Then the notifications come. We tested it with his wife's phone too, and the solution works well.

I hope, this helps someone.

Thanks kjt! This was a solution for my Android push messages not working as well. Doing this got my push working on Android!
