Intercom repeatedly unreachable

Hi there!

 

I use the intercom for a long time without any special problems.

The device is connected via LAN and works.

 

4 days ago I could not log in via the intercom app or via the new web frontend. When logging in via the app my front door appears, but the further logon fails with an error message.

All attempts remain futile. Internet is/was OK, LAN connection perfect.

 

Then I reset the intercom to factory settings and set up completely new.

 

Then it worked a few days and today the same mistake is back.

What can be going on here?

@kallecux  I would guess overheat.. I have the exact same issue since day 1 I purchased intercom.  Support just said it is my wifi problem.. So now one more user with LAN get device disconnected problem

    I have same, intercom was working for some months. Since last update on android phone i see it, no video unless i go to fullscreen, then i see the video. On iPhone i can't even login (!)

    Any update on this yet?

     

    The intercom is working on my wifes and my own iPhone but stopped working on my iPad mini after a week or so.

    I have the same problem, I'm connected to the Wlan. 
    in the network I can ping the intercom.

    did you perhaps solved the issue? I am getting the same connection error as displayed in the screenshot.

    Same problem Here. I posted a ticket already at support, but have not received and reaction from the support team after 5 days…. I did a hard reset, then could not install the camera anymore… now I found out because it was still in bluetooth device. Deletie it but now get error OSStatus error -9807…

    I have also opened a ticket with Support, but so far I have not received any reply. The issue has now been ongoing for over eight days.

    I have not tried a hard reset yet, as I was concerned that I might lose access to the Intercom entirely. I did uninstall and reinstall the Fibaro Intercom App, but this did not resolve the issue.

    I will keep you updated if Support provides a solution or response.

    Same issue here this iOs app:

    When at home and forced local settings on the app everything if fine.

    But when remotely, same issue
