I had problems with a notification not comming though every morning at 06:00, later notifications came through. My wife got all notifications and I didn't get it.

Why is the first skipping and the rest is allright, weird.

 

The stupid thing is that I found out when I don't close the Fibaro App (on iPhone swipe it away), but leave it running in the background, all notification come through! So I leave the app open for now.

It could not be the server problem. You can force restart your device firstly. If nothing helps, try out using professional related iOS system repair programs such as TunesKit iOS System Repair to deal with it without data loss.
