Global Cache tri cable not working on fibaro

Tom13452

Question

Hi All,

I'm having some issues when creating a virtual device in Home Centre using a Global Cache iTach Flex with the Tri cable to 3 devices, projector in port 1, amplifier in port 2 and receiver in port 3. In the Global Cache learning software when I learn in the correct signal and then send it from there to test it works perfectly. Once I add them into Home Centre only the projector in port 1 is working correctly and ports 2 and 3 are completely unresponsive. I have added the correct bit to the end of the string for Fibaro on all of them and I have made sure that when learning the string the correct connector number is selected. Has anyone else had success in making this work? There should be no issues with the Global Cache as its working fine on their software so it is obviously able to send it to the correct devices, the Fibaro just isn't able to replicate that.
