Question

Posted

Hi,

Looking for some advice and guidance here, it is regarding the use of an Fibaro Smart Implant and the Gate setup;

I'm using the adviced schematic by Fibaro:

I'm not sure how I should initiate the trigger by a scene, I've read the manual but It does not seems to be mentioned there.

I didn't setup all the wiring yet, so I did not test what I've already configured. Hopefully someone can already let me know if this should be the way

What I want:

I want to click on a scene on my mobile device and trigger the gate. (It is a normal pulse button, so apart from using variables, I do not know the state).

What I've done:

Created a block-scene, Anytime of day, selected device and 'arm'...

Is it this simple?

Regards,
Peter

actually you can do with a smart implant aswell as that the device i use now.

same principle as the relay that you have found.

no need for a scene either.

connect the volt free contacts from your gate to the 2 screw terminals.

change parameter to auto-off after 1 sec for IN1 or IN2 depending on which set of terminals you have connected them to

then have a shortcut to device on your phone.

    works perfectly!
