Change the IP number of your new router to the same address as the old router (192.168.1.1) and your problems are resolved.

Maybe you change in your HCL ip from dynamic to static?

Change temporary router to 192.168.1.0, reenable DHCP IP on HCL, and return if you wont on router to 192.168.0.0 and restart HCL

Of course  if you decided to stay in 192.168.0.1
