Hello, not very clear sorry, did you already tried resetting your password on the loggin box? Password reset could be perform from your LAN or id cloud.

    thanks for your quickly respond. Yep, I try to reset my password. But if I try the reset password about wizard I reveived the message.

    (you coulnd't reset your password). On cloud I didn't see any function for reset this. I think it is not activated on my home center 2.

     

    When I use the recovery method is than all my moduls delete?

    Hi @Peter2019, Sorry for the late answer, it's really depends on your backup, if you have included new devices and done new scene since your last backup, then they will be lost.

    I'm not sure that credentials will be restored with a restore, I already had credentials corrupted and a restore didn't fix the issue, only fibaro support was able fixing the problem.

    But I don't know any function/setup preventing resting your password, the picture I past on my previous post has been taken on the id.cloud. I didn't try to press the reset link, but at least I can see it same way I can see it on my LAN.

    Are you sure you don't have this option? will it be possible for you to take a picture of your logging box?

    Keep me inform please, except if credentials are corrupted, unfortunatly in can happen then we should fin a solution.
