Heating plan works automatically - manual shows problem

I installed the original thermostatic heads from Fibaro, including the BT sensors.
The heating works exactly as it should in the heating plan, only unfortunately when I intervene in the heating plan manually, an error occurs and it is not regulated.
Where is my mistake?

Hi your panel is set for both modes (Heating and cooling) but fibaro heat thermostat support only heating option, please set up panel only for heating

May I ask how I do it? 

 

I set it up on heating only and set it up, which also works in automatic mode.

As soon as I want to adjust the temperature, nothing reacts and the error occurs
