Sharing remote access

Hi
I can't make “Sharing remote access via FIBARO ID” work.
Although I follow the manual and have tried many times, it does not work.
It shows green with "Users syncronisation success" in the lower left corner but it does not work, see pictures. What am I doing wrong?
Some ideas?

@hTiger1, delete those users in HC3 and then press Synchronize button in Access panel.

Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately it does not help.
More ideas?

 Delete the users in the Fibaro ID.

Delete the users in the HC3.

 

Add the users again to Trigger the send acceptance mail again.

Took me three Times deleting and adding.

I only used the synchronize button in the HC3

Strange that it doesn't work, I think follow the manual. ?

I haven't made it work yet. But then I got this answer from Fibaro:

"My apologies for the inconvenience,
At the end of this week there will be major update for HC3 which will solve this issue, I kindly ask you for patience ill then. "

Strange that some things work for others and some things don't.

Hopefully the update will solve your'e problem.

 

The 2 users ( gebruikers) have there own Fibaro id account.

The problem is solved.  ??

 

The update to Fw. 5,021.38 did not change anything.

First I changed to Google's DNS "8.8.8.8" - I don't know if it changed anything in that direction.
Then I tried again if it worked. It didn't.
Then I went a different route than the instructions show and it worked for the 2 users I had to create.
