HC3 started timing out from iOS app

squirblej

Question

After an initial period of working perfectly, my iOS app can no longer access my HC3. It appears on the list of HCs with access but times out.

What steps should I take to fix this?

Yes, looks like HC3 disconnects from Fibaro remote access...

You can perform simple test before reboot, see if you have remote access.

Yes, can confirm that HC3 regularly drops out from remote access.  Bug to be fixed in next firmware, Fibaro?

Again seem to be the same cloud problems as with the HC2.

Think too much access forces the cloud into the basement.

Fibaro should put a scoop on it as soon as possible.

Offline with VPN I have no such problems, with Fibaro Cloud always a hitch of the system after some time
