Question

Hello all,

i have the HC3 with the Roller Shutter 3 and venetian blinds but how can i control the lamel positions? I can`t find anything in the scenes or in the app. If i hold the physical button it works but how can i automate it?

I have only the options:

  • Open
  • Close
  • Stop
  • Set level
  • Reset enegry consumption
  • Increase level
  • Decrease level
  • Stop level change

Is something from this useful? Maybe Increase/Decrease level - what this mean???? It should be something other like Open and Close.... Mmmmh...

Best

@syntaxx, please check in HC3 in Device Advanced settings of your Roller shutter 3, if its set as Venetian blinds. I have it in our training center and positioning lamelas works.

You mean "Parameters" and not Advanced or?

I have already set the Parameter 151 to "2 - Venetian blind" but i still only have the actions which i have described. Which additional option did u have in your scenes to control the lamelas?

    Maybe try soft-reconfiguration.

@syntaxx Can you maybe please add a screenshot? I'm struggling with the same issue but don't know what you mean with "Under General Role". I have the [email protected] by the way, but don't think that would be an issue...

The following is a screen shot, in case you still need it. This is for Roller Shutter2. For Roller Shutter 3, I think the choice should be Venetian blind (with positioning).

    Hope that help. :-)

    I have the same problem.

I can only move up and down the jalousie. I can't adjust the blinds. If i adjust the point on the bar, the jalousie moves up or down. but the blinds i can't adjust. where is the mistake ?

    That is what? Blinds?

Set Role (Rolle in your case) to Venetian Blind (IDK what is that in your language), so you have blind and slat parts. Otherwise you will have blinds only.
