Not able to upgrade roller shutter FW from HC3

Hello,

 

I am not able to update my Fibaro roller shutters firmware, i tried to put the HC3 20 cm from the roller shutters but still no success, its all the time failed between 0-50% and i didn't find any logs, can you please guide me?

 

BTW

I was able to upgrade firmware for all Fibaro double switches in the same way, is i related to the secure/insecure inclusion mode?

Hi,

 

did you add the shutter securely to the network? If so that's most probably the reason of your problem. Firmware updates only working correctly when a device in normaly added.

Do soft reconfigure first and then firmware update
