External http call with HC3

Question

Posted

Hi all,

I'm trying to let my Aeotec Siren 6 ring when someone is pressing the button on my doorbird intercom which supports HTTP calls.

With my HC2 I created a user for the doorbird device in HC2 and called the fibaro HC2 API from my doorbird device like this ->

This is for some reason not woking HC3. Does anyone get this to work or can someone give me a hint what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks and best regards

Bjoern

    Hi.

I'm about to start getting Doorbird set up with HC3. The video setup as IP cam is fine.

How far did you get with button press and door relay triggering?

    Hi

Doorbell button press and relay can be set up in the Doorbird app itself. Login to admin profile, go to favorites and HTTP calls. Cretate a HTTP request according to your wish like forexample for scene running...ip_of_FIbaro/api/scenes?id=scene_id&action=execute&fibarousername&fibaropassword

Then go to schedules for doorbell and assign this  http call to a schedule..If you want it to be happening always, then select all the days, and hours...
