ID Lock 150 on HC3. No function?

Hey!

 

I've just implemented my lock. But there is no functionality?

 

All I can do is add it. I can't lock it either from the web interface or the app. Is there something I missed?

 

Also, anyone have any new on templates for this?

Hey.

 

Make sure you import it as a lock and not a regular device, I had the same issue until i realised.

as far as I can see i've set it up correct, but like I said... there isn't anything i can do with it.

This is what it looks like in the app. Here there are buttons to lock/Unlock it... but nothing happends when i press them.

I have now tried the following:

- Switching between gate and security on what group the device belongs to.

- update firmware in the lock

- adding and removing from z-wave network.

 

No difference so far ?

I'm new at this so not sure what you mean.

I added it like I've added all other simmers and devices. Is there different ways of adding?

Having the same issue as you guys, still doesnt work even with security mode. Got two doors same results. I see you even have the ID-Lock 150 icon. I dont get that up.

Not sure I can help unless security mode works.

 

About the icon. I have added the icon manually. I removed it again though as I need to make a green and red version. If you dont you cant really tell if the door is locked or not as there is no other I dictation other than icon change.

Have you got user pins syncronized as well after you included the lock in secure mode?

Guy it worked with me ,

 

i tried to add and delete few time , i tried secure mode but didnt work same issue ,

 

at the end i deleted it and removed the lock , brought it front of HC3 , and add device with secure mode , and it worked with no problem , 

 

i hope this will solve it , good luck
