Set the profiles on a time/date?

Hey!

 

I just edited my Vacation profile. I only did simpe things like turn down the temperature and make some scenes for the lights. 

I'm finding no option in the web interface or the app where I can set a profile to be active on a timer or to a certain date.

 

What I mean is, if I go on vacation on a monday, and come home again sunday. I want to activate the vacation profile so it will just stay on until saturday (go back to home profile). This way I don't have to remember to swap profile before I come home.

Possible?

There is no way to set a timeframe to a profile in the app.
But you can of course set a scene or build a Quickapp 'vacation'...  

 

Below answer your question for a scene, setting 20-09-2020 08:00 as date/time to activate profile 1 (home, the main profile).

But hard code a date doesn't really make anny sense. Isn't it?

Maybe you can change this trigger, so that every Monday morning at sunrise your profile will be set to profile 1 (Home). just an idea!

There was some coding on this use-case in February - probably needs a refresh...

aha... I see.

Having to change a scene every time i go out for a few days is silly.

Would this not be a feature which would be both natural and handy?
