Outside motion sensor

Hello All,

 

I just want to ask what type of outside motion sensor can I use to work with Fibaro ecosystem. ? This sensor will be used for turn on LED lights around my house.

as I know Fibaro hasn`t any sensors with IP6x. maybe you can use under roof but nobody can garantee what water or show can reach your senosor under roof.

so. I do not know any zwave outdoor sensors here. sensors from AEOTEC can works as outdoor sensor but false-positive. and

but as I know it's USA ZWAVE standard,

 

also you can use ANY outdoors powered motion-lights senosrs (non ZWAWE sure) 

like

 

connected / wired with FIBARO UBS or FIBARO implant.

I hope it will help you too! 

If you use indoor stuff outside you should spray insolation lack on it, its not a quarantee but it will extend the life time of the device.

Condensation you will alwaus have!
