FGS223 firmware upgrade 3.3 -> 3.4

I face an issue with teh HC3 interface, how to proceed with a device firmware upgrade 

I didn't found the right place to proceed with the upgrade In the update tab no selection possible

I am running 5.031

Hi,

 

I had the same problem. You need to login on the local ip. (do not use Cloud login).

Then you will see the update button.
